Mixing, prepping, baking and decorating – four things that do not come easily to me! My sweet tooth does not extend to making desserts, only devouring them, so I thought I'd share some of my favourite easy-to-follow baking channels on YouTube. Need an impressive cake for a birthday party, anniversary, graduation or special occasion, but don't want to spend all day couped up in the kitchen? If you're planning to bake a Christmas cake for the holidays, these clever tricks will ensure your marzipan skills not only look good but can also be used to smoothen out uneven bits.
