Why is Homeloans changing to Resimac?

Since the merger with RESIMAC in 2016 we have operated as two separate brands. We are now unifying our business under one main corporate brand and it was identified that the most appropriate brand to take us forward is Resimac. Does the brand change affect my loan?

No, the change of brand and name from Homeloans to Resimac will not in any way impact your loan. The Lender of Record on your loan does not change. Any brand changes to loan statements, online account access and other collateral will be purely cosmetic.

When does the change occur?

The change in brand will begin taking effect from 3 December 2018. The brand changes that occur in relation to your loan statements, online account access and other collateral will depend on who the wholesale funding source of your loan is, and any changes may take up to six months to fully take effect. We will update you in due course of the nature and timing of these changes.

Will phone numbers change?

No, you will continue to be able to reach our Customer Care team by phoning 13 38 39 or by visiting our website.

Will the website address change?

Yes. From December 2018 our website will change to resimac.com.au. For a period of six months you will be able to be redirected to the Resimac website by clicking one of the prominent links on the existing Homeloans website.

Can I still email a staff member at an @homeloans.com.au email address?

Yes, but their response will come from their @resimac.com.au address

Where do I access my account details?

After the launch of the new brand and Resimac website in December 2018 you will be able to reach your online account access portal via resimac.com.au.

Do I still have access to the Customer Benefits Program?

Yes, you will continue to have access to this program which will be rebranded as Resimac Customer Benefits.
