Homeloans, which provides Australians with a refreshing alternative to the banks for their home finance, is rolling out the ‘welcome mat’ for home loan hunters at Beenleigh Marketplace, from Thursday 24 to Saturday 26 February 2011. Locals will also have the opportunity to meet Homeloans’ Ambassador – rugby league hero and former State of Origin Man of the Match, Shane Webcke on Saturday morning.
Locals who are looking for home loans or property investment loans, considering refinancing, wanting to consolidate debt or are perhaps downsizing, can get the answers they’re looking for at the dedicated Homeloans stand inside the shopping centre. Michael Calam, principal of the newly-opened Homeloans Beenleigh, will be available to speak with people about mortgages.
“Our objective will be to help home buyers to build, buy and protect their home and their investments,” Michael says.
“We opened a Homeloans office in this area as we saw a need to offer the local community an alternative to the banks. We believe it’s important to provide competitive alternatives within the marketplace in order to provide our clients with the best possible solutions for their largest financial investment – their homes.

Locals can meet Shane and have their photo taken with one of the NRL’s best front-row forwards and former Broncos star performer. He will be at Beenleigh Marketplace from 10am till 11.30am on Saturday 26 February.
Shane, who is the face of the company’s advertisements and TV commercials in Queensland, says he’s looking forward to meeting people and spreading the word about how easy it can be for people to get into the homes they want.
