How it works
Fix up to 50% of your loan and you'll save 0.15% of the fixed component. Plus, if your loan has a Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) of 75% or less, you can combine this with a further saving of 0.10%. This means the fixed-rate component could be as low as 5.99% p.a.
Plus, we also have amazingly low variable rates from just 6.12% p.a.!
