Win a pool float from Swimart – just in time for summer!*Summer wouldn’t really be summer without floating around your backyard pool on the old inflatable lilo. It’s an Aussie tradition ... including the bit where the lilo springs a leak. Not fun when you have a book in one hand and a drink in the other.

Well the old lilo has certainly come a long way over the past few years. New foam technology means you can float around the pool without fear of suddenly finding yourself sinking.

Win a Swimart pool float competition terms & conditions.

1. Information on how to enter Homeloans’ ‘Win a Swimart pool float’ competition and the associated prize draw form part of the conditions of entry.
2. The prize is one Swimart pool float valued at $143. There are six individual Swimart pool float prizes to be given away.
3. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and not a member of the category of persons listed in clause 8.
4. To enter the prize draw, entrants must fully compete and submit the online entry form available from www.homeloans.com.au/.
5. Competition commences at 9am (WST) on Wednesday 8 December 2010 and concludes at 5pm on Monday 31 January 2011.
6. There is to be only one competition entry per person.
7. Homeloans takes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
8. Employees of Homeloans, their families and associated companies are ineligible to enter.
9. The Promoter is Homeloans Ltd ABN 55 095 034 003. Level 2, 168 St Georges Tce, Perth WA 6000.
10. All entries become the property of the Promoter – Homeloans Ltd. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of any entry for the purpose of future promotions. 
11. Entry to the prize draw constitutes consent for Homeloans Ltd to use the entrant's contact details for future marketing activities conducted by Homeloans Ltd. 12. The prize draw will be conducted on Tuesday 1 February 2011.
13. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the competition closing.
14. Details of the winner will also be published in Homeloans’ email newsletter.
15. Homeloans accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit.
16. The Promoters make no representations or warranties relating to the quality or suitability of the prize.
17. In the event that the prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. 
18. Except with the consent of the promoter, prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
