Effective immediately, the company will be making substantial rate decreases. Homeloans has made the decision to cut rates by up to 0.35% on the Homeloans Ultra and Homeloans ProSmart ranges.
New rates on our MoniPower range will be advised as soon as they become available.
The following rates will apply to all new business.
